Ayurveda

“As long as we are not living in harmony with nature and our constitution, we cannot expect ourselves to be really healed. Ayurveda gives us the means.”

―David Frawley

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is a 5,000 year old science and health/wellness system, originating in India. Ayurveda treats the whole person, and supports individuals through lifestyle, nutrition, and herbs. Ayurveda can help you with disease prevention, removal, increasing longevity, and enhancing your connection to Spirit/your essence.

Ayurveda aims to bring each individual  into a sustained and continuous state of health based on their unique needs.

“Ayurveda teaches us to cherish our innate-nature to love and honor who we are, not as what people think or tell us, who we should be.”

-Prana Gogia
